Powerzone is a very well-equipped 3,000 square foot gym with resistance and cardio machines, along with a large free weight area. Located in the Great Woods Landing, on Route 3, in Hooksett, NH, Powerzone is less than 20 minutes from downtown Concord or downtown Manchester, and is a 24-7 keyholder gym.

Owner/operator, Bob Rogers, is an NSCA certified personal trainer with decades worth of experience in all modes of resistance training. Bob can design a program to meet your fitness needs and train you at an affordable price.

Personal Training

Members that choose personal training on a go forward basis can expect constant variety and gradual, but steady improvement.

Strength Training

Powerzone has power racks, bumper plates, platforms for powerlifting, and dumbbells to 120 lbs.
